2 oz light rum
1 oz lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
4 dashes Dugan and Dame Lady Gray Bitters
Garnish: Lime Wheel
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy.
