Nothing says romance like Champagne and Hibiscus... Ok, so that was a far stretch but it does make for a pretty fancy cocktail. And fancy cocktails have the potential to lead to romance... or something like that.
Combine in coupe or champagne flute. Serve with a charming smile and great conversation and you're bound to have a good time.
To make hibiscus tea:
Add about 1 cup of roselle to about 4 cups of water. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, strain out roselle, and add 3-4 tbsp of coconut sugar to taste.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
