2 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Dugan & Dame Classic Tonic
Champagne
4 dashes Dugan & Dame Lady Gray Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Combine gin, lemon juice, tonic and bitters in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
