2 oz Gray Whale Gin
3/4 oz honey simple
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
4 dashes Dugan and Dame Lady Gray Bitters
4 leaves Thai Basil
Dash of smoked back pepper

Use lemon to wet rim of Champagne Flute then roll through bee pollen.
Rip Thai Basil leaves and add to shaker. Then add gin, lemon, honey simple, bitters, pepper and ice to shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into rimmed flute and top with mineral water.
