2 oz pisco
1/2 oz lime juice
.75 oz Dugan and Dame Classic Tonic
2-3 oz ginger ale
Couple dashes Dugan and Dame Aromatic Bitters
Thyme
Flowers
Fill Collins glass with ice. Pour in pisco, lime juice and classic tonic and add ginger ale and bitters. Stir. Garnish with thyme and flowers and serve.
