Ultimate Gratitude Giveaway

In a time of turmoil and craziness... we have SO MUCH to be grateful for. Although this year has brought unprecedented challenges, it has also created time and space for reflection and growth. As a young company in an industry that was hit hard in 2020, we are choosing this time for gratitude. We are ever so grateful for the people who have gone before us and shown that with adversity comes growth. We are grateful for friends and family who continually cheer us on and encourage our successes and remind us that failure creates learning. We are grateful for the plants that provide us with the incredible beverages that we can imbibe in in order to unwind, connect and find joy. But mostly, we are grateful for YOU! Our fellow imbibers.. our fellow sandbox playmates... our bartending friends... all the people who are ever so important for our dream to become a reality - to be able to create cocktail ingredients that not only elevate your beverages, but allow for the connection that these beverages provide us to each other and the world around us.

Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be:

1. US Residents 
2. 21 years or older

How to Enter

1. Entry online, by Facebook and Instagram: 
1. No purchase is necessary to enter. 
2. To enter, go to our post at  https://www.instagram.com/p/CHGuAF9lMPK/ to follow, like, comment what you are grateful for and tag two (2) people. To increase chances of winning, participants can enter to win every day by commenting what they are grateful for and tagging an additional two (2) people. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted. 
3. The contest starts on November 2nd, at 4:30 pm EST and all entries must be received by Dugan and Dame via Facebook and/or Instagram by 11:59 p.m. EST on November 19th, 2020. Dugan and Dame is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer, or any other electronic malfunction.
4. On November 20th, 2020 one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries. Remaining valid entries will not carry over to the next drawing.

• One (1) winner will be selected every Tuesday and Friday and will receive a Dugan and Dame product of Dugan and Dame’s choosing. 
• Each winner will be notified by Instagram or Facebook private and public message. Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide his/her correct name, address and telephone number to Dugan and Dame at the time of notification. 
• If a winner cannot be notified within fourteen (14) days, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining valid entries.  
• There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize except at the sole discretion of Dugan and Dame.  Dugan and Dame has the right to substitute a prize of similar value.  No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
• Dugan and Dame is not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize. 
• Dugan and Dame is not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
• In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Dugan and Dame has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous

• Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
• Winner will be chosen at random, based on chance. To increase chances of winning, participants can enter to win every day by commenting what they are grateful for and tagging an additional two (2) people.
• This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Dugan and Dame, Facebook and Instagram accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
